Sessions are either 30 or 50 minutes- this will be determined during scheduling with Elena prior to the appointment.  If e-mailing to schedule an appointment, please include your session preference.  If you are interested in a messaging based coaching relationship, please contact Elena for details and options.  

 

Payment is due at or prior to the time of your session.  Payment can be made with venmo- if you do not have venmo other options can be arranged with Elena.

If requested, statements for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement will be provided to you at the end of each month.
